Who are we ?

2SCL is an application software publishing company, run by a network of high-level consultants dedicated exclusively to sustainable development. The 2SCL software is a tool to support and measure sustainable development indicators intended for cities, allowing elected officials to establish local public policies in relation to the 17 SDGs by 2030.

Mission 1

Faced with the many challenges that humanity must confront to preserve a healthy planet, requires a large-scale multilateral response and requires the mobilization of all, from the simple citizen to the highest authorities. The commitment of 2SCL as a software publisher and to provide tools or services for measurement and decision support dedicated to sustainable development, thus allowing elected officials and city managers to establish public policies resilient and prosperous communities. The commissioning of the first software consists of a series of calculation operations for the indicators of the 17 SDGs and their automatic certification to the corresponding ISO standards. The annual results will give rise to cyclical readjustments according to the priorities decided by the elected officials, the goal is to achieve all the objectives set during international commitments
Mission 2

Provide the user with a high-performance tool whose generalization at the local, regional, national or even international scale affects the entire international community. For the software operator, the key to success is to ensure the reliability of statistical data upstream from two sources (national and local). The quality of the values resulting from the calculations will be the subject of detailed verification with the ISO certification of all the indicators grouped together for each SDG. A photograph of the state of the city being drawn up in all its forms, elected officials will have the choice of defining the priorities of community assets. Internal self-assessment remains an important task to confirm or invalidate by an external audit.

Political will and ambitious action on the part of all stakeholders will guarantee universal success that will benefit current and future generations. The convincing results that will appear over time will restore confidence and motivation justified by a quality of urban life. The culmination of a political approach and the success of obtaining the status of the â€œsustainable cityâ€ label

SDG's

Edition of lcscl software "Certified Sustainable City Label" is a measurement and decision support tool to guide local public policies.
It allows the calculation and automatic verification of 254 sustainable development indicators and their ISO certification.
The objective being to provide elected officials and city practitioners with a tool to gauge the state of health of its immediate environment on the plans governing urban life.
To put at the service cities, on a large scale, and this across the world this tool serving as a barometer to hope for effective change.
The return on investment at the scale of cities cohorts a region, a country or even the international community.< br>The implementation of the calculation software and automatic certification of the indicators of the 17 SDGs will be labeled by a logo, possibly under the aegis of an international organization dependent on the United Nations.
